found this class to be superior on all levels. Eric was by far the
best instructor I have had the pleasure to know. The course filled
in ALL the blanks that were missing. I now feel knowledgeable and
comfortable to begin my career as a dispatcher. Without this course,
my knowledge base would be nowhere near where it is now. Thanks

was most impressed by the professionalism and mastery of the subject
material by the instructor. The course is definitely designed to
make the student grasp and learn the material. The intensity motivates
the student to dig and apply the theories, concepts, and real world
applications needed to prepare for a dispatcher career. I am most

Great
class - the most challenging thing I've done to date. I appreciate
your patience and sense of humor. Your ability to present the material
and make it understandable for someone like myself without an "airman's"
