FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Knowledge Test Preparation

We have decided to place the following practice test modules online for students planning to attend Sheffield as well as students currently enrolled at our school. We are no longer offering this service for free to ALL persons with a web browser - I've grown bored with helping other "diploma mill" students with this test prep. We also believe that FAA-approved Aircraft dispatcher schools should not rely on the FAA Aircraft dispatcher (ADX) Knowledge test preparation as the majority of their curriculum base for their approved course.

Note: Please do not give out the ID and password. You would be handing out what you indirectly paid for. Additionally, you will no longer be eligible to ever attend Sheffield School.

Why spend $3-4,000 at an Aircraft Dispatcher school that spends an exorbitant amount of the required 200 course hours on standardized test preparation. Sheffield spends a VERY limited amount of time on FAA ADX (Dispatcher) Knowledge test preparation. We cover selected topics (FAA workshops) during the first 2 weeks of the course that some students may find difficult to self-study without any background or guidance. By publishing over 1,500 questions online, we are attempting to give our students a head start on their studies. This may also force other schools to increase the quality of their curriculum, and not waste the students' $$$ with rote memorization, spoon-feeding, and zero comprehension. The industry and hiring managers are expecting more from graduates these days. During an interview following graduation, an applicant is more likely to be asked complex questions concerning weather avoidance and diversion planning rather than colors of lighting systems and the required number of megaphones on an airplane. So feel free to use this guide for your pre-studies.

Click on the applicable section that you would like to practice. Some practice modules are timed and indicate which questions you answer incorrectly. Other modules are not timed, but may allow you to check your progress for each individual question. Some modules are not timed, but allow to take the module as a practice test that result in a score. Just experiment and do whatever you're most comfortable with.

The actual FAA ADX knowledge exam is 80 questions and has a time limit of 3 hours. It is definitely NOT a speed test. Focus on correctness, then speed. This page and its corresponding links will change periodically. Again, I appreciate your patience and hope to see you in class one day.

NOTE - Feel free to contact me with any problems or questions. Version 4+ browsers are required.
